Choose from once every 1, 2, 4 or 6 weeks

Minimum order cycles
In order to qualify for the discount, we’d prefer it if the subscription ran for at least two cycles. There is no set time period, however, and you can choose to cancel or pause your subscription from the Ecology VIP account area on the website.

Notifications
Except in the case of the weekly subscription, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews, and then an order confirmation on the day your renewal is processed. This will help you keep track of your upcoming orders and deliveries. If you have chosen a weekly subscription we will send you a reminder the day before.

Need a top-up?
If you run out of your favourite Ecology blend before your next order you order an ad-hoc purchase anytime at the same discounted rate! This discount will automatically be applied from your VIP account.

Cancellation
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There is no penalty for cancelling. As much as we would love you to stay we are not going to keep you hostage.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

The billing schedule for a subscription is based on the day you buy the subscription. If you buy a monthly subscription on the 15th December for instance, you will pay on the 15th December, then be billed for renewal on the 15th January (then 15th February etc.).

How do I access my subscription information?

To view the full details for a subscription:

  • Go to My Account page.
  • Scroll to the My Subscriptions table.
  • Select the View button next to the subscription in the My Subscriptions table; or
  • Click the subscription number under the Subscription column in the My Subscriptions table.
Can I suspend or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. You can access the details of your subscription from the subscriptions tab on your account dashboard.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can. This can be done from the subscription tab on your account dashboard.

When does my subscription end?

We offer an open subscription, and thus there is no end date. You can be a subscriber for as long as you choose without being locked into a fixed term.

How do I change my delivery address?

If you want to have your products shipped to a different address, or you move and need to update your billing address, you can change the addresses used for your subscriptions from the My Account page.

  • Go to My Account > View Subscription page.
  • Click the Change Address button next to the subscription.
  • Enter the new address details in the form.
  • Click Save Address.
Can I change the payment method?

The Change Payment Method button can be used update the payment method for future recurring payments, e.g., When your credit card expires, or you want to use a different credit card than the one currently on file.

  • Select the Change Payment Method button next to a subscription.
  • Enter the new payment details on the Checkout > Pay page.
  • Submit the Checkout > Pay form and returns to the My Account page where a confirmation message says that the payment method has been updated.
Can I have my next order shipped earlier?

Yes, you can. If you would like to renew your subscription without waiting for the next payment date, that is now possible with the Early Renewal feature.

After an early renewal is processed, the next payment date is extended to accommodate another billing period. For example, if a subscription renews monthly on the 15th and the next payment date is December 15th, then processing an early renewal on November 20th will move the next payment date to January 15th.

To renew early:

  • Go to My account > Subscriptions
  • View chosen subscription
  • In the first table, the Renew Now button will appear in the Actions row
