I’m pretty pleased to discover Ecology gin, which is a locally made alcohol free gin that's made right here in Auckland. It's super healthy. There's no kind of added sugar or anything like that.
But it looks like a normal bottle of alcohol so I can take this to a party, and I don't look like a two year old or a four year old child. I look like a grown up!

The Distillation Process
Our alcohol-free spirits are proudly distilled, not made from flavours and aromas from flavour houses.
The key to producing a high-quality alcohol-free spirit is to carefully select and balance the botanicals used in it. To make the spirit its finest we believe in distilling the botanicals individually so that each can be processed in its own way. We then carefully combine them together to create the perfect mix of flavours and aromas to deliver a botanical blend typically associated with traditional alcoholic gin.
The distillation process involves heating a high-concentration botanical mixture to the point where the flavour and aroma volatiles are released and captured by the water vapour. This is then condensed back into its highly flavoured and aromatic liquid form which is the alcohol-free spirit. Each bottle of London Dry contains a blend of ten separate distillations, a process that can take up to a fortnight.
