Ecology & Co was born, like many great New Zealand stories, in a kitchen. The result of a thirst for more choice and a spirit of abundance, our products have been built on the belief that life should be big and surprising. That 0% means more.

From day one, our curious Kiwi distillers have blended an abundance of botanicals and the purest New Zealand water from an aquifer underneath Christchurch (essentially thousands of years of rainfall from the Southern Alps that's naturally purified) to create what swiftly became one of New Zealand’s most loved non-alcoholic brands.

Along came new Kiwi and British owners (hello, that’s us). But this isn’t the exciting bit.

Meet the bees
They arrived to naturally sweeten our products with Manuka Honey – world renowned for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial health benefits AND capacity to provide full on flavour* with zero refined sugar.
*Amazing fact. The manuka flower only blooms for two to six weeks of the year and actually ‘hears’ the vibration of the bees and makes its pollen sweeter as they approach.
Zzzero alcohol. Zzzero refined sugar. Zzzero hangover. All the buzzzzzzzz.
And so our zero alcohol, naturally sweetened, big on Manuka ready-to-drink range was born.
And our abundant new brand was part of the buzz.
