BLACKBERRY & MINT SPRTIZ

Ingredients:⁠

  • 50 ml Ecology & Co London Dry
  • Large Handful of Blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 45ml Elderflower Syrup
  • Chilled Alcohol-Free Prosecco (We love McGuigan's Sparkling Zero)
  • Small Handful of Mint Leaves

Glass:

  • 2 servings
  • tumbler glass

Method: ⁠

  1. Muddle blackberries with mint and elderflower syrup before straining into a tumbler glass.
  2. Pour in your shot of London Dry and stir.
  3. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a mint leaf or two.
