BLACKBERRY & MINT SPRTIZ
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Ecology & Co London Dry
- Large Handful of Blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 45ml Elderflower Syrup
- Chilled Alcohol-Free Prosecco (We love McGuigan's Sparkling Zero)
- Small Handful of Mint Leaves
Glass:
- 2 servings
- tumbler glass
Method:
- Muddle blackberries with mint and elderflower syrup before straining into a tumbler glass.
- Pour in your shot of London Dry and stir.
- Top with Prosecco and garnish with a mint leaf or two.
