ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:⁠

• 100ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
• 60ml Espresso
• 40ml Sugar Syrup
• 1x Orange Peel
• Coffee Beans to Garnish

Glass:

• 2 servings
• martini glass

Method: ⁠

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients into shaker and shake for one minute.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Squeeze orange zest on top & garnish with coffee beans.
5. Enjoy your alcohol-free cocktail!
