Gin Fizz

A twist on the traditional Gin Fizz

Served with Ecology & Co London Dry

Ingredients

• 60ml Ecology & Co London Dry
• 30ml lemon juice
• 20ml sugar syrup
• 1 egg white
• 30ml soda water

Glass & Garnish

• Coupette Glass

Method

1. Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds
2. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake very well
3. Double-strain into a chilled fizz glass and top with club soda
