- 1 part Ecology & Co London Dry
- 3 parts ruby red grapefruit juice to top
- Your choice of garnish (we used organic hibiscus from @nineflowers.nz)
- Fill a rocks glass with ice, then top with equal parts London Dry and grapefruit juice.
- Stir gently before adding your garnish.
