• Premium Tonic (we love Fever-Tree or StrangeLove No.8 or for something different East Imperial’s Yuzu Tonic)

Glass & Garnish

• Balloon Glass
• Lemon Slice

Method

1. Pour Ecology & Co London Dry over ice, top with tonic water and stir
2. Garnish with a fresh slice of lemon
