LYCHEE MARTINI

Ingredients:⁠

• 50ml Ecology & Co Distilled Spirit (both work beautifully!)
• 1 Tin of Lychees in Syrup
• 1 Can CocoCoast's Sparkling Coconut Water (chilled)

Glass:

• 1 serving
• martini glass

Method: ⁠

1. Place a lychee into the bottom of a martini glass.
2. Add a shot of your choice of our distilled spirits and a shot of lychee syrup (reserved from tin)
3. Top with Coco Coast's Sparkling Coconut Water.
4. Enjoy your alcohol-free cocktail!
