POMEGRANATE PRINCESS

Ingredients:⁠

• 75ml of Ecology & Co London Dry
• 50ml Pomegranate Juice
• 50ml Lime Juice
• 25ml Simple Syrup
• One Egg White for Fluff (or aquafaba for a vegan version) 
• Edible Flowers to Garnish

Glass:

• 2 servings
• coupe glass

Method: ⁠

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker (without ice) and "dry shake" vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds.
2. Add ice and "wet shake" the cocktail to dilute the drink and cool it down.
3. Strain into two martini glasses.
4. Top with edible flowers for a cocktail that is fit for a Princess.
