POMEGRANATE PRINCESS
Ingredients:
- 75ml of Ecology & Co London Dry
- 50ml Pomegranate Juice
- 50ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- One Egg White for Fluff (or aquafaba for a vegan version)
- Edible Flowers to Garnish
Glass:
- 2 servings
- coupe glass
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker (without ice) and "dry shake" vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Add ice and "wet shake" the cocktail to dilute the drink and cool it down.
- Strain into two martini glasses.
- Top with edible flowers for a cocktail that is fit for a Princess.
