Ingredients
- 40ml Ecology & Co London Dry
- 15ml Barkers Redcurrant, Cranberry & Pomegranate
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Soda Water to taste
Glass & Garnish
- Champagne Flute
- Basil leaf
Method
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
- Add Barkers syrup
- Add 40ml of Ecology & Co London Dry
- Fill shaker with ice
- Give a quick shake and strain into a champagne flute
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with a basil leaf
