SPICED APPLE

Ingredients:⁠

• 30ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
• 30ml Orange Juice
• 30ml Apple Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• Star Anise & Powdered Cinnamon (for garnish)

Glass:

• 1 serving
• tumbler glass

Method: ⁠

1. Light the end of your cinnamon stick and place a tumbler glass over the top to let the smoke cover the inside of the glass.
2. Place all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for 30 seconds.
3. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour into your glass.
4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, star anise and a smoking cinnamon stick.
