Ingredients

• 50ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
• 2x Strawberry
• 1x Sprig of Mint
• 2ts Balsamic vinegar
• Soda top up
• Strawberry & Mint

Glass & Garnish

• High ball Glass

Method

1. Muddle and add all the ingredients into the shake with ice then shake
2. Strain into a high ball glass with ice
3. Top with soda
4. Garnish with Strawberry & Mint
