VIRGIN PALOMA

This refreshing cooler combines the complex flavour notes of Asian Spice with citrus, agave & soda. If you're hosting, she is sure to please any crowd - regardless of their preference around alcohol.

Ingredients:⁠

• 10ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
• 120ml pink grapefruit juice
• 15ml lime juice 10ml agave nectar (maple syrup substitute)
• Fresh Orange to garnish

Method: ⁠

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Double strain into a tall collins glass filled with ice and top with soda.
3. Finally, garnish with an orange wheel or segment.
