Ingredients
- 50ml Ecology & Co Tini Tonic
- 35ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup*
- Soda water
- Ice
Glass & Garnish
- Highball Glass
- Lemon Twist or Sprig of Rosemary
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Combine Ecology & Co Tini Tonic, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice into a shaker
- Shake well and strain over ice
- Top with soda and garnish with a lemon twist
*Sugar syrup; take one cup of sugar, 1/2 cup water, add a pinch of sea salt, simmer the syrup until it starts to thicken then strain.
