Ingredients
- 50ml Manuka
- 150ml Ginger beer
Glass & Garnish
- Lime wedge
- Fresh mint
- Serve in a highball or copper mug.
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add 50ml Ecology & Co Manuka
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint
