Fireside Spritz
With a gently warming botanicals and a crisp sparkling finish this is a standout cocktail for cosy evenings, golden hour gatherings, or slow summer sunsets.
Ingredients
- 50ml Manuka
- Sparkling water
Glass & Garnish
- Orange slice
- Thyme sprig
- Serve in a rocks or stemmed glass with lots of ice.
Method:
- Fill a rocks or stemmed glass with ice
- Add 50ml Ecology & Co Manuka
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir
- Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of thyme
