Ingredients
- 50ml Ecology & Co Manuka
- 100ml Cloudy apple juice
- 50ml Soda water
Glass & Garnish
- Apple slice
- Serve in a rocks glass over ice
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice
- Add 50ml Ecology & Co Manuka
- Top with cloudy apple juice and a splash of soda water
- Garnish with a fresh apple slice
