
St Clement’s Cocktail
Cause a tastebud bonanza with this Tini tang paired with smooth chocolately greatness.
Ingredients
- 30ml Ecology & Co Tini
- Juice of 2 chilled oranges
- 1 tbsp lemon syrup
- Crushed ice
Glass & Garnish
- Thin orange slice
- Serve in a chilled coupé glass.
Method
- Add crushed ice to a chilled coupé glass and pour over the Ecology & Co Tini.
- Freshly squeeze the oranges and add the juice along with the lemon syrup.
- Gently stir and garnish with a thin slice of orange.
Pair with Chocolate Mousse with Olive Oil & Orange Zest for a delicious dessert.
