St Clement’s Cocktail

Cause a tastebud bonanza with this Tini tang paired with smooth chocolately greatness.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Ecology & Co Tini
  • Juice of 2 chilled oranges
  • 1 tbsp lemon syrup
  • Crushed ice

Glass & Garnish

  • Thin orange slice
  • Serve in a chilled coupé glass.

Method

  • Add crushed ice to a chilled coupé glass and pour over the Ecology & Co Tini.
  • Freshly squeeze the oranges and add the juice along with the lemon syrup.
  • Gently stir and garnish with a thin slice of orange.

Pair with Chocolate Mousse with Olive Oil & Orange Zest for a delicious dessert.
