Yuzu Paloma
The perfect sparkling cocktail for sunny afternoons and rooftop drinks. This way:
Ingredients
- 50ml Yuzu
- 200ml Pink grapefruit soda
- Pinch of sea salt
Glass & Garnish
- Grapefruit wedge
- Serve in a salt-rimmed glass over ice.
Method:
- Rim a glass with salt and fill with ice
- Add 50ml Ecology & Co Yuzu
- Top with pink grapefruit soda
- Add a small pinch of sea salt and gently stir - adding a spicy salt gives it an extra zing!
- Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit
